Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 July 2026
These terms cover your use of WRAPD (wrapd.app), a job management app for tradespeople. By creating an account you agree to them. Plain English throughout — if anything is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.
The service
WRAPD helps you run the admin side of your trade business: voice site surveys, quotes, invoices, customer records and tax records. We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access — we are a small company building fast, and third-party services we rely on can have outages of their own.
Your account
Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for having the right to store the customer details you put into it. One account per business unless your plan says otherwise.
Plans, trials and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, in pounds sterling. New accounts get a 14-day free trial — no charge if you cancel before it ends. You can cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Prices may change; we will give you at least 30 days' notice before any increase affects you.
AI-generated content — check before you send
WRAPD uses AI to transcribe surveys, suggest questions, draft quotes and match prices. It is built to be accurate, but it is an assistant, not a qualified estimator or a substitute for your professional judgement. You are responsible for checking every quote, price and invoice before it goes to a customer, and for making sure your work complies with the regulations that apply to your trade. WRAPD is not liable for losses caused by unchecked AI output — the tradesperson signs off the quote, not the software.
Tax records
WRAPD helps you keep digital records suitable for Making Tax Digital. It does not file returns for you and is not tax advice. Your tax position remains between you, HMRC and your accountant.
Fair use
Do not use WRAPD to send spam, store unlawful content, abuse the AI features (automated or excessive use outside normal business), or attempt to breach the security of the service. We can suspend accounts that do.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.
Ending things
You can close your account whenever you like — your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We can end or suspend the service for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
The legal bits
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If we update these terms materially, we will let you know by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
